   Pressure and speed model: The pressure and speed model adopted by the BLM EFI system is different from the alpha N angle model, another EFI system on the market. The pressure and speed model is more adaptable in principle, unlike the alpha N angle model, which also needs to rely on oxygen sensors for correction.

  Built in pump assembly: there are 2 types of blue friction oil pumps, which are customized and developed for different oil tanks. 1. Stick to the bottom (small filter screen), this type of oil pump is installed at the bottom of the oil tank, and the existing models (Xunying, Shangling, Xizhi, DIO, VJR) are this type of oil pump; 2. Inverted type (large filter screen), this kind of oil pump is installed at the rear side of the oil tank, and the existing models (Little Princess, Yuzuan, Yingzuan, Hongbao, Tianyu, SMAX, Qiaoge) are this kind of oil pump. 100 power, 125 power and 150 power oil pumps are universal.

  Throttle assembly: The throttle assembly is composed of intake pipe, throttle, position sensor (TPS), idle make-up valve, pressure sensor and fuel injector. The idle make-up valve is used to provide different intake air volume for ECU to control cold start and maintain idle speed; TPS is used to provide appropriate additional fuel injection volume for the emergency refueling valve and realize full load fuel injection control; The throttle function provides the driver with controllable intake air for controlling the engine load.

  Function of intake pressure sensor: calculate the intake air volume of the engine together with the speed, and provide the pressure correction coefficient of fuel injection volume for plateau startup. It can be seen from the figure that the air pressure is about 4.00 at 100KPa, so you are generally asked to check whether it is good or bad, and then measure whether the voltage of the blue line and the green line of the pressure sensor is about 4.00V, and then suck the pressure sensor to see whether the voltage is smaller. Measure whether the DC voltage of the brown line and green line of the pressure sensor is about 5V, just to check whether the pressure sensor has power supply.

  Lanmo ECU: The control and management system of the electronic injection system is the core part of the whole electronic injection system. The signals of various sensors (throttle position, engine temperature, intake pressure, speed, crankshaft position, etc.) are used as input signals. After calculation and comparison, the output signals (such as injection time, injection pulse width, air replenishment time and ignition time) are determined.

  The oil circuit system consists of a built-in pump assembly, a fuel filter, a PA66 tee, an injector and a high-pressure oil pipe. The optimized secondary filtration is connected to the pressure transmitter in the figure. This diagram shows that a pressure transmitter is used to measure whether the pressure of the oil circuit system is 0.250MPa and whether the oil circuit system is maintained.
